Didn't deliver the cake on Mother's Day

I didn't receive the cake on Mother's Day instead the delivery boy wanted to bring it next day and said that the money will be refunded since you didn't get on the day. A person called up and said she would check if the boy called on mother's day or not I have sent her my call details but they are not responding. I cannot reach out to them.
