Complaint for not delivering product

I ordered an helmet on 29th September. Whose delivery was done by courier department on 10th October which i dont received. i raised the dispute on same day to Droom. After doing continuous follow up with them for 3 days i didn't receive any satisfactory answer from them. They are using the following line as script :- "We are writing to inform you that same has been forwarded to our concerned team and we will update you further at the earliest." Today i called them again for this and they shared the tracking details of the package and ask me to do the follow up directly with courier department. This seems like there job is done after handed over the product to courier department. Well i called the courier department just 2 hours back. Surprisingly they have not receive any complain/query in regards of my package from Droom company. Not sure what follow-up are they doing from past 4 days. I am totally furstated with Droom. They dont feel any responsibility to care after sale of product. Will you please take some serious action against this company for non-responsive over customer.
