DEAR COURT I AM SUMET FROM ANAND BHOJ RESTAURANT JAGDISH NAGAR GHAZIABAD FORMALY KNOWN OLD KHAN E KHAS WE ASSOCIATED WITH SWIGGY SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS APPROX.

NOW THE ISSUE IS CUSPOMER IS PLACING THE ORDER ONLINE TO US AND WE ARE REPAIRING THE FOOD FOR THE SAME BUT SWIGGY DELIVERY BOYS ARE NOT TURNING UP TO PICK UP THE ORDER ELSE THEY PICKED UP THE ORDER BUT LATER ON CUSTOMER IS CANCELLING THE ORDER DUE TO LATE DELIVERY BY THE SWIGGY BOYS.

OUR REPUTATION IS ON STAKE DUE TO SWIGGY COMPANY.

SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT IN THIS FOR THE SAME.
