I transferred a parcel via courier of blue bird service. The company is saying that the parcel is being delivered but the delivery boy of kolkata is misbehaving very badly and rudely saying i will not give your parcel to the destination and talking rudely. Kindly take the action asap . I have the call record also of that guy.
