Received Junk item inside Graphic Card Box (Computer Hardware)

I ordered one ZOTAC NVIDIA RTX 3060 Twin Edge 12 GB GDDR6 Graphics Card (Black) from flipkart on 7th November 2022 for an amount of Rs. ₹ 36499. I received the product on 8th November 2022. Upon opening the box i was shocked to find Junk items inside the box, instead of the graphic card i ordered. The actual item was replaced by one rusted scrap music player, wires and one metal ring weight.

When i tried to return the product, i found no option to create a returns request due to no return policy attached to the item.

My order Id is : OD126464518988753000. Either my order is fulfilled with a genuine item or my money is refunded completely.
