Delivery boy cheated with me Delivery courier

I ordered a bag from Amazon but the image that are shown in the website that I ordered but I got different bag for that reason I applied for return and refund request
Then one day delivery boy came and pick up that parcel and next morning I got notification that my return request got cancelled that done by Delivery boy
Next day I call to delivery boy
And he blocked me
After 5days later I called again to him
He is telling that he sent the parcel to the seller
But customer care are telling that the return request are cancelled by Delivery currier
And the customer care can't able to help me
Sooo I need refund and the amount of that parcel I mean the collage bag is 835 rs approx
