I ordered a JBL black unisex LIV200 wireless Bluetooth earphones. I received my package on 25 July 2019 and after opening the packet i was shocked to see it was the fake one. I raised a complain to myntra and got the reply that within 72 hours it'll get resolved. And the next day i got the mail from myntra attaching here too that we did our course of action by quality check and jumped to conclusion that its a genuine one. I replied I'm not content with your action and show me proof for which they are it's our company policy they can't do anything further about it. I'm attaching here the whole communication and the product screenshot which they promise to deliver and the actual product i got. I too have cctv footage of the unboxing of the product. They are harassing me mentally and tired of hearing there excuses. Lost all hope finally arrived at right place. Please sir do me kind regards to solve the dispute.
