Complaint against not delivering my courier and not even receiving calls

I ordered a pressure cooker from Flipkart which would be delivered to me but the delivery boy calls me then when i receive call he rejects it without speaking and changes my delivery status to undelivered. Contact no. Is 080 6191 4615
He is not willing to deliver my courier and lastly cancel it saying i didn't received the parcel.
