Complaint against BSNL started unnecessary topup service

I am using UL-675 BB on my no., on 08.09.2016 i got a message that i have been charged rs. 500 + taxes for speed restoration through top-up. I didn't opt for any such top-up, as soon as i got the sms i called 1500 they asked me to contact local office where i submitted written complaint, they say that i have accepted for top up on automatically generated pop-up which is totally false. No response from BSNL from last 15 days on this matter
