BSNL lendline not working and bsnl not helping us, landline cable was cut in Newai

sir due to work of local road the landline cable was cut .after then i did complaint in bsnl department but they not helping us and also due to this problem i have also paid bill of one month extra although i was not using services .So please consider the matter.
