Spiderlink Network Worst Internet Connectivity and fake people from Spider net Jaipur

I just purchased a new connection from Spider net Jaipur.
From initial day's I lodged a complaint regarding it's network issuesand speed and multiple times no network issue.
But they didn't even dare to check it for the full month. I called them many a times in between, once a technician arrived and checked their was really an issue and than company didn't did anything for the month and at the end they sent for payment and the company spokesperson Mr. Vipin Agarwal (+91-9660090093) asked me to give his person a lumpsum amount of rs 6400 for 3 months but I was unsure of their services to which I gave 5300 that time and I told Vipin regarding network issue that's coming regularly to us, and he asked me to call him directly if any problem comes up.
But as I handed over the cash and the next day early morning their network has gone.And when I called Vipin, he told me he will call in 5 mins but I didn't got any reply from him or team, I only called and asked what happened, to which he irritatingly repsonded, it's not 9 AM and we can't do anything. What a drastic change it was between yesterday and today after receiving cash. and than too around 9:30 I called and asked him. He told than to talk in office , he is now out of Jaipur with a very rude behaviour and cutted the call.
Really dissapointing with such fraud companies.

    I was applid for Broadband connection on dated 22 Jun 2021 and spiderlink representatives told we will provide you broadband with in 2 days but till 8th july 2021 i am calling on dialy basis, plz sir laga do but all time said aaj aa raha hu kal aa raha hu all are bluffing due to this i am facing many problem for complete my work if they clear said we will not able to pro ide you boradbanf that good for us .

    If they doing this things at the time of provide boradband think what are the service to be after broadband installation no one is there to head and resolve your queries.
