ACT fibernet No internet connection during day, Calling customer service centre everyday

My internet connection gets disconnected during most of the day. Calling customer service centre everyday. Its been happening rregularl since 26th October 2016. Called Nodal Officer, called site Engineer. TTh connection is restored after 3 4 hours . Have to keep on calling them but they dont receive calls. Why can't they find a permanent solution to give us hassle free internet connection.
