Tikona's annoying behaviour

I was having unstable connection six months back, for which tikona didn't respond. Even after repeated mails and calls, tikona didn't give me any solution. Hence I left mail for disconnection. But still my broadband was not disconnected and i was receiving mails from tikona for payment. One fine day my broadband was disconnected and after few days, two tikona executive showed up at my door step, I had to again explain a complete scenario to them (I had narrated story to may be each and every executive of tikona, about my unstable network and multiple login problem. I had spoken about the same issue for about thousand times). Also I told him to take the modem n all wires, but the executive said its ok madam u just speak to our manager regarding payment. I spoke to his manager and another couple of executives on call n repeated the same old story.
Last week again I received a call from tikona and also a mail saying my payment is due. They are torturing me asking me to repeat the reason for disconnection and payment. I had started recording calls whenever they call, also i have my mails sent. Why dont they check there recordings and mails. They have sent me a mail saying my payment is due, I had not paid because I had unstable network, also the mail says I haven't returned modem, whereas tikona executive himself refused to take it. Can I take a legal action against tikona, I have accumulated all the proofs of torture's caused by tikona.
