We made right time payment service is not active and customer support playing with false hopes.

Since from July 31st we are calling to customer care executive,they told within 4 hour it will activate. Still now not activated.When we called they will put on hold for very long time.I made payment on july 31st.Even Though renewal date is on aug 1st.Regards to that I sent snapshot of transition I'd.more than 4 times they rise ticket but since from week we are getting trouble from company.No one is responding properly If I called they will transfer to billing dept..even I told "If you not respond I will take this to consumer court .. I will add complaints numbers to this email." For this also no response from them . IF they not give respect to customer then its ok, But they don"t have respect to consumer Court also. Please consider this request and give correct lesson to them.
