I purchased data pack on line on 13 Nov 2016 having validity of 28 days. Till today Vodafone is not able to provide connectivity.Contacted vodafone but they keep on giving lame excuses for not able to provide connectivity.They promised to provide connectivity by 20/01/2017 but failed. Again they extended the date to 20/02/2017. I asked them to refund my money that also they refused saying it is against their company policy. It is unfair trade practice where customer is neither provided service for which he has paid nor the money is refunded.
