Restrictions from accessing and redeeming my diamond.

I must confess this app is a good one and has help your customers so well.
But recently I am not allowed to access my account "I.e” not able to redeem my diamond and access my chest for opening sir/ma.
And I learnt that they are rules guiding the app so I don't know if I have fallen guilty or if not what is wrong with my account sir/ma?
So that I can know what to do sir/ma.
