I had purchased a monthly data pack from shine.com on 24/04/2023 by Mr. Santosh and Harsh Parashar, Business Development Executive of the shine.com.
But i m facing problem with this package because there is no help provided by the customer care support,by miss gitika & i have posted 7 job post on shine portal but still i get only one or two candidates review on every job post,this is completely waste of money because we did not get any hiring till now by using this data because data provided is irrelevant & sales persons do not pick calls whenever i try to reach out to them for help.
I am very dissatisfied this time and I want a complete refund of my purchase.
I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter and make an arrangement for the refund of my amount.
I would request you to take an immediate action.
