Micromax data card was not detecting on my computer

I purchased the data card online after 3 months it was not detecting on my computer , I took it to the service centre in gwalior , they hold it for 15 months saying that i will send to the company for repairing but after that still it is not working , service centre people saying that it is a software problem, now what i can do , it is under warranty.
