Got a fake product and no response from the site.

I had ordered a "samsung evo 128gb microsdxc card " from Bookmyoffer.com on 23/07/2016. Order No: 080467752070822.

Product is worth INR 949/- was collected. Product was delivered by ecomm express under shipment number 782378909 (www.ecomexpress.in) and they have collected cash.

The product delivered is fake & not functioning. Product is not of the brand ordered. In fact there is no branding on the product. It claims to be a 128gb, which does not working even on any computers. Its storage write speed is not as described before.

I tried to contact bookmyoffer.com but there is no response received from them till date. Their call centre number (8010001133) is not answered by anyone.

There are several individuals who have been cheated by this website - Pls check facebook page of bookmyoffer.com to see such complaints against this company.

The company is selling fake and faulty products across the country.

I seek your help to apprehend promoters of this company and save other fellow Indians from falling prey to their online offers. And please give me justice from the site .Either in terms of money refund or exchange to the original product.
