Fake products sold consumer complain against Hangamasales.com

Hangamasales.com is a company which is selling fake products. I bought a HP pendrive which turned out to be fake. It doesn't work nor to show HP's name when connected to computer.

Then, there delivery email does't have any returning option even though returning period was given to be 1 month.

Now, neither their website opens, nor do they pick up the calls to their helpline numbers.

Please help to retrieve the money from this fraud company and return this fake product. The returning date would end soon.

The complaint helpline no. is given as 98 9999 6603 and the pictures of the owner of the no. in given below as obtained from facebook.

    I bought a dell charger from snapdeal on 10/03/2016. But, it stopped working 3 days ago and when i complained about this to dell they told me that the product snapdeal has sent to me is not dell compliant and is a fake product and when i testified it indeed was a fake product that snapdeal gave me wrapped perfectly in a dell box and sealed.Now,when i wrote about this to the snapdeal they are not responding.The product is having 1 year dell warranty.
