Did not give cash back bought a Dongel of MTS

Dear sir
I bought a Dongel of MTS few days ago.ales man told me that i would gwt 300 Rs cash back through PAYTM.Even it was given on the box of dongal, but when i contacted customer care of MTS they told me that this offer had expired in january...this is fraud.they should have told me at that time.sales man gave me wrong information.plz sort out this matter.

    Maine 3 march ko fonemart main Samsung j5 Fhone book karaya tha.Air 11 march ko main file exuctive ko 1500/- by hand diye thee.aur fonemart se phone aya me Apple pass 10 days main phone deliver ho jayega but phone nahi aya.aur 8 march ko ek aur phone aya ke aap is a/c no. Main 113505500499 smart infotech yamna vihar main first emi diposite kara do air aapka phone with in 2 days main aapke ghar deliver ho jayega. But abhi tak koi phone nahi aaya. Aur whah no. Bhi switch off hai.
    So.I request pls look this issue & resolve.
