Complaint regrading MTS connectivity and speed problem

I use mts mblaze prepaid 3G data card.I have done recharge of Rs.399 on 21,July 2016
I have faced the connectivity and speed problem since my recharge.
I had complaint the same on 25th July but no reply, again make complain on 5th Aug’16. but found no solution. Even nobody take my complain seriously for this issue. After my contentious call they arrange call for speed test and inform me that in your area there is some connectivity issue and their engineer is working on it not my issue not solved.Now my prepaid recharge validity is over and I ask MTS to extent or give me fresh validity for not using your data against my recharge of 399. But now they asking to make new recharge to continue using services.
I fed up from the data card speed and the service provided by them. the worst service I ever experienced. the money I spend for the recharge the data card is wasted. now I have decided to not use mts data card in future, and never prefer to anyone for their product.MY DATA CARD NO IS 9137366535
