i have an airtel digital tv connection. i recharged it for rupees 100 on feb 18 and then balance was 240 rupees. but airtel ask me that your set top box no. and viewing card no. does not match. They doesnot provide us any service to us . they ask again and again that you will recieve a call on behalf of airtel or a person come to you. but neither we receive a call nor nobody come in person. i m unabl to upload screenshot here so find it here. http://wp.me/a7hHBC-6e
