I was using a MTS Postpaid data card 8459182171 (Biling cycle from 1-30 of every months)for a long time and regularly clearing the dues. In Last week of July 2016 I have made a call to company requesting to terminate the services from 1st August 2016. The executive at that time suggested me to convert the plan from postpaid to prepaid so that in future i want i can avail the services. I accept the suggestion. After that no communication was held. I clear the dues of july. In September I received a message from company that a bill of Rs, 1149/- was due for August 2016 (for which I have already submitted the request to terminate the services). I call the company for the Issue and they told me that the company has not received any such request to terminate the services. Now the company is forcing me clear the bill.
