I called up the customer care person for a channel not in service since my last recharge. At the same time the channel is in service in my other mirror connection. the person asked for the had a very arrogant behaviour . seemed he and his company was showing mercy to me by providing service to me.

    After starting it work for few minutes and a message comes on screen
    Smart card not inserted property
    Unable to watch any program.
    please get it rectified immediately.

    Videocon D2H.. their engineers installed the antenna in the wrong place and because of which I am not able to see many channels now to relocate the dish antenna which was their engineers fault they are asking money from me.. I'm disconnecting it right away.
