Tv uninstallation and Pickup yet not happened.

Sir,
I am writing this as I am totally frustrated and a mentally harassed with the service I have received regarding the return of a faulty TV that I purchased from Flipkart. I had raised a return request as the TV was not working properly, and I was assured that a representative would come to my house for uninstallation, and then the return pickup would happen. However, it has been more than two months, and nobody has come to my house for uninstallation.
The order ID for the product is: OD327049267610149100 and I received the product on Date: 28/01/2023. I got a call from Third party vendor who is supposed to do the un-installation of the TV the next day, he was asking for UNHAPPY CODE (BEFORE service). His literal words were "Aap mujhe unhappy code dijiye. Pir ladka ja ker uninstallation karega. Warna aise hi tangi rahegi TV aapki". He called me many times for the same code and his details are shared in this mail. I immediately asked flipkart Customer support if I can share the code. And as flipkart advised me not to and so I didn't.
Since then, I have been following up with flipkart customer care support and till date my TV has not returned and it's more than 2 months.
While talking to Customer care support All I heard was:
"Ma'am This is all we can do, rest is not in our hands."
"We don't have authority to transfer your call to a higher level."
"All we can do, we can raise a return request again for your product"
"I have also told them about the third party vendor issue. They totally ignored it and did nothing about it."
And This way I have been calling customer care almost every day explaining the same issue. I do understand sometimes things take time but not as long as 2 months.
I have been harassed by Flipkart and the third-party vendor because it was torturous to explain the same issue every time on call. I am a working woman, I have my job, my home and my things to do. I can't keep asking flipkart for a TV return for almost 2 months and that too when I am not at any fault.
Today I got a call from a person who calls himself as an agent who is asked to solve my problem. We talked twice I explained to him. He said He will get back to me after approval. He didn't get back to me till now.
Also, I received this message as Un installation completed. But nobody connected me or came for uninstallation.
I also tried calling to the concerned person who is supposed to do the uninstallation. He didn't pick up the call.
I feel so helpless as i don't know what to do and where to go. I have been fighting since 3 months almost and nothing happened. Please look into my matter. I have more details regarding my complain. Numbers and recordings of the customer care agent and Third party vendor.
