email address of Amul dairy is not getting connected

To day we purchased a 400 gms.Amul Masti dahi pack of Lucknow diary of Amul with batch no. B: BPO3CE with use before stamp of 03/05/2022 costing Rs.30.00
On opening the packet and tasting it while drinking it tasted very bad as if the dahi was mixed with paint/ printing ink.We couldnot consume it- that bad.The e mail address couldnot get connected as " wrong ID', so no complaint could be filed.
