I purchased one jacket item No 4096186 from club factory online for rs 1565.00 video our order No so192672599. The item was delivered by coy in poor quality and short size xxl inspite of our order for xxxl. I sent a mail to coy for return and refund. Now coy is not responding and their Nos of customer care and help centre are dead. Please do needful for my refund.
