I had placed an order from Faballey, due to quality issue, have returned that, it was picked from my location on 20th of feb, as per guidelines, amount should be refunded till the date, but I am getting unnecessary update from your customer care like due to technical glitche refund couldn't process, I am just surprised, I had placed an order from one of famous brand and they are making an excuse for refunding my money back..
