Toshiba LED TV - No resolution of complaint pending from last 4 months

Hi,

I purchased a Toshiba LED TV in Feb 2015 with three years warranty. TV is not working since Feb 2017. Multiple complaints have been registered with dealer and company but the issue is still unresolved. They are making fool and closing the complaints without taking any action. Even few complaints have been closed saying that issue has been resolved by the engineer. Although there was no visit by anyone.

I want replacement of my tv with warranty or refund.

Please help me as I am tired now following them.
