The manager named shanmugam at the cinemas was very rude towards pay

The lady name unknown at the snacks counter.. The payment of 450 was made towards snacks .. The lady the counter confirmed . the payment done as the payment was debited from my acc. Later inside the theater they came inside and asked the number ..did not specify the number as transaction number used for payment.. After the movie .. We went to clarify the same but the lady who was at counter and the manager started shouting.. And behaved very abruptly pointing fingers against my wife.. Which was not necessary the way the customer are handled is very bad..
