Fastag Not activated even after due date

Hi I have purchased a Paytm Fastag and uploaded all necessary documents on 18 Dec Case Ref :150174953, as per them it takes max 72 Hours to activate but it is still not done even after a week, am not getting right support from Paytm can you plz help me.
