Reference no. 77561556 ticket ID- PB93141203 , Insurance applied for two wheeler vehicle registration no. PB10ET2941 BAJAJ DISCOVER, Owner name-calling SN Tripathi. Applied for insurance purposes but the soft copy of policy forwarded to me, belongs to some other person also the vehicle no is wrong. Several times called customer care and lodged complaint vide PB96913393,PB76328889,PB18552418 and many others requests on e-mail also but no solution till now. It's already passed one month and not hoping any more favourable action.
