Eureka Forbes aquaguard For not sending Senior technician

On July 14th 2020 i purchased a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier.At the time of installation the TDS level of water was 125ppm. But after one day the TDS level of water came down to 36ppm. So i put a request to customer care of Aquaguard for reducing the TDS level.One technician from aquaguard has came and he made the TDS level 50ppm and closed the complaint. But when i checked the TDS level was 20ppm.,so again i put a request through SMS,the same person came and he couldn't fix the problem.The same day again i called the customer care and put a request to send any senior technician who can resolve my water purifier problem. It is almost 1 month over since i have been put a request to customer care, none responded.You can check all my call recordings from the customer care service.For the last month almost all alternative days i have called and informed my problem.
