Sportsjam has refused to address my issues against an order I had placed.

I had placed an order bearing order no. 8801089 for which I had prepaid an amount of Rs. 29,250. No information nor tracking details was issued to me and after about 2 weeks when i enquired, one guy from the customer support who made up his name told me the product i ordered is unavailable and before i could further ask anything else he disconnected my call and refused to acknowledge any of my future calls. after days or trying to reach the customer support in vain, i finally tried another contact no. and finally requested them to cancel my order to which they half heartedly replied ok and till now they have not updated me about the cancellation either. they have aleady taken my money and they have not given me the product nor accepted my cancellation request. I have tried reaching out to their headqaurter even via email to which i got no replies. hence i want to take stringent actions against this company for god knows how many consumers they have fooled this way.
