Refund has not given to me - Club factory has not refund my 1900/-

Club factory has not refund my 1900/- rs and it has been more than 1 month. I write a complain in their app but they say we have refunded. But I didn't get my money in my bank account yet. and there is no source i can file a compalin against them.they have no coustomer care number in india so that i can talk to them about my refund money.they donot deliver a product and also don't give my refund

    I purchased shoes from clubfactory for 1200rupees to which they delivered me different shoes that I have never seen in my life. It's been more than a month now that I have not received my money back. I returned the product on the very same day i had received and asked for a refund. I am a student and it's hard for me. I need my money back. Please.
