This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id - 146318527. Thursday 28th June 2018 evening , I called up Videocon d2h customer care 9115691156 and asked the customer care executive (a female lady) to send an executive to replace our damaged 2244 RF Model Remote with the new one(There may be a problem with STB also). As per her request I have waited for 24 hours and then again Called up on the same number for the same issue.

Then One of your executive asked me to wait for 8 hours and No one has come to visit my premises.

On Saturday, 30th June again I called up Videocon d2h customer care 9115691156 and spoke to your executive (Mr.Sharath he told) and I have received the same request to wait for 8 more working hours. At this stage, I asked him to transfer the call to a supervisor/Manager and lodged a complaint (No - 146318527 ) in this regard. But he failed to connect to his superiors and asked me to wait for 8 hours till the executive reaches. Today is 3rd July and Till date no one has neither Visited my premises nor contacted me over phone.

Hence, I would request you to kindly take a look into this matter and resolve my complaint ASAP.
