Oneassist insurance policy had cheated me

I was cheated by oneassist by misleding and asking me to take their insurance policy for my phone mi note 3.
When my phone was damaged i called them so they refused to cure my phone as i was underage which they accepted while giving me the policy.
Now i told them to cancel my policy so they do not pick call and its been more than 2 months but i have not got my refund.
I request the consumer forum to get the compensate 5 times the initial amount for misleding and cheating.
