No support after extremely bad food delivery, I had ordered for tandoori chicken and special chicken

I had ordered for tandoori chicken and special chicken biriyani. But the tandoori chicken was totally burnt. I kept complaining and messaging zomato for two hours but no action was taken. I want justice.
