Dear Sir

I have purchased food processor Maxie 6 month back online through Amazon. It has stopped working 20 days back with slight smoke. speed regulator is always on even on stop mode. When matter reported to INLSA customer care we got a call to repair it locally and convey the parts needed to be changes as they donot have any service in Chennai. We insisted to help by checking by INALSA as this product is under warranty . We have sent a mail to their Delhi office at 'ial@inalsa.co.in' for support. Got a call asking details of product and assured return a call within 30 minutes. We never go a call even after sending multiple reminders.
