Inappropriate customer service, I am trying to book my Indane gas cylinder from Veer sachi distribut

I am trying to book my Indane gas cylinder from Veer sachi distributor but due to the inappropriate behaviour and support provided by the customer care provider, I am facing issues. The distributor is cancelling my booking without any reason. When I ask them about it.. they say our delivery man went to urgent address but found the doors locked. I and my husband are working employees. We don't stay at home all the time. It is the distributor's duty to inform their customers prior to the delivery. It has been 3-4 times and now I am exhausted by this behaviour. The customer care lady on the phone provides wrong information and when I try to ask her in details and to talk properly.. with her hesitant tone she talks abruptly. This is not the way customers should be treated. We are not getting cylinder refills for free. It's been more than 15 days I am trying to book my gas cylinder but the distributor and it's attendants are no where showing concern. I need this problem to get sorted as soon as possible. So that no-one else suffers like I do
