I RETURNED THE PRODUCT, BUT NO REFUND PROVIDED.

Dear Sir,
I am Yogesh Lunawat. I recently shopped a product from club factory app online. I paid them three times due to the app was showing server fail at the first two trial, so the third time I paid then the product was shopped.
The problem is that payment was made three times from my account for the single product, so I messaged in the club factory app, they are not returning my money and giving several reasons.
I even return the product by parcel to the address they gived me, they are saying that it has not reached them. But I have traced the parcel and saw that they have recieved my parcel.
You can also trace my parcel and my tracking parcel number is: CR716260210IN
The overall price was 853.94 rupees.
As it has gone three times, so my total amount which is due is
853.94 × 3 = 2561.82 rupees.
