Committed Cash back not recived, Telecaller from Bajaj Finserve was calling me for Loan against sala

Mr Surender, Telecaller from Bajaj Finserve was calling me for Loan against salary. After his 2-3 months follow up for the same I agreed to take the loan. Since I was already a customer , I asked surender to waive the one time charges of Rs. 3000 which is set up fee cost. He agreed for the same. until I got loan disbursement he was calling me regulary but once I take the loan he disaperred. I also have mail confirmation from Samira that I will get the charge back within 10 days of loan disbursement,
Now when I am following up no one is reverting me . this is such a poor service from Bajaj finserve and also cheating with the customer. Surrender contact no is 9315115366.

    ibought thumpsup bottel 26 august 2018, there is 15 Rs. cashback offer in the bottle by sending code which is behind the label, i sent a code to coca cola no. but my msg. not reveived, t tried again but same result, after 2 day i received a msg. that this code is already used, i complaint to cocacola care on 28th Aug. and many times after this but they always told me that our team is work on it.
