Archies Not delivering the product and fake promises

I ordered the customised gift on 18th March and they said that the expected delivery date for it is 20th March and from 20th March onwards they daily said that product will be dispatched same day and they did not dispatched the product and then on 22nd March when I called them they said that just to give them one more day and they will surely deliver the product by next day but on the same day in the evening they mailed me that my order has been cancelled .Just because of their irresponsible behaviour the plan and the expectation were ruined.Had they informed me earlier on same day then alternatives wolud have been searched.
