complaint id 20180429613 is being lodged on sunday 30/4/2018 since then it has been seven days and i have been complaining on whatsapp, email and call center but my broadband has not being restored till today 5/5/2018. i have paid an entire year subscription and now they are not interested or whatever in restoring my connection.
