Sir, I searched online to print and bind dissertation. A Online print Shop saw named print Shop located at LGF 7 basement palika Kapoorthala Lucknow Uttar Pradesh 226024 and their Mob Number is 8795447361(screenshot of shop and location attached). A conversation made between I and print Shop on 28 aug 2020. I ordered to them to print and bind dissertation book which was total amount of rupees 2500.00. I paid advance of rupees 1000.00. .Order was to be completed on 04 sep 2020. They did not complete in time after 40 reminders So I requested to stop this. They agreed. I said to refund money. They also agreed but Now they are not responding to my call and my call has did waiting mode. I called many times but. no response has given. My 1000.00 money is not Refunding. Kindly request you to initiate action to refund money.
