Last night i ordered food from SWIGGY i used my coupon the coupon was of Rs.175 and some amount of Rs.55 but the rider got an accident so he was not able to deliver the order but they said we will marked it as delivered and provide a replacement but after sometime they said they would not be able to provide replacement so they said they will refund the amount of Rs.55 and also the Coupon but nothing happen so i chat with Customer care executive of Swiggy and now they are only giving me the time that within 4 hours i will get my coupon after 4 hours i chat with another person he said within 2 hours i will get my coupon now they are saying they would not be able to give my coupon now i feel cheated and harassed by these people as i did not get any benefit of coupon and they are saying we could not provide you the another coupon. I feel cheated and mentally disturbed just because of this. I keep talking to them from 12 am to 4 am. I just want my coupon back otherwise they can provide me the waiver of Rs 175 in my bank account.
