I wanted to book a hotel at Pahalgam Main Market, I used the website goibibo for online booking. While booking I used the filter Location for Main Market. There goibibo listed Hotel Ramba Palace located at Main Market. Trusting the information given in the site I booked the hotel with booking ID HTLL89U963. But actually the hotel is located 3 KM away from main market. Goibibo is cheating customers by providing false information. Regarding this I made a call to goibibo support team on 10 Apr 2016 at 0945 PM. The customer support executive who attended my call said, you should check all details prior to booking and denied my request to change my hotel to main market. This is absolutely cheating from the side of goibibo by giving misleading information about the location of the hotel. I not only book a single room. I booked 7 rooms for two days from different IDs as we a group of 30 members travelling. We want rooms at main market. If not provided,, we decided to sue goibibo for misleading customers by giving false informations.

Goibibo is big fraud company we made booking on goibibo and when we went to hotel, hotel person saying that there is no booking made they are big time fraud and now they are denying for repayment one of the worst company I suggest everyone do not use goibibo.

I recently 28/01/2017 booked my return tickets from Pondicherry to Bengaluru using Goibibo & the boarding point was mentioned as Gingee junction at 11:45pm. When I searched for it in Google maps it showed a location 3 kms away from my hotel room. We reached the boarding point & the bus operator[Indira Travels] says that pickup point is not Gingee junction it's Gingee Bus stand. I called up Goibibo & informed about the situation. The reply given to me was Gingee junction & Gingee Bus stand are one & the same, you should be aware of it. They asked me hell lots of screen shots & proofs for all these details and finally responded saying it's your mistake not ours. I would like to sue them for this unprofessional behaviour & I will see to that all my friends and colleagues would stop using Goibibo and make them compensate for this.

My Booking number of hotel nazro resort goa is HTLDRBH27E . Date of booking : 29th July ,2017 Checkout date : 30th July 2017. The online payment was paid but no room was given to me at checking in time.

One of the hotel in Visakhapatnam named "Jaabily beach inn" is not refunding amount Rs.6000 which I paid to them for hotel booking.
We have cancelled the booking & they assured us to give the full amount refund.
Since 10days they are just increasing the days & after sending several times still taking my bank details regularly but actually not refunding the money.
Now they just cut off our call
Please look into this.

I booked a tour package on 08.12.2017 through Goibibo (Package ID- GOPKGANDb82e42753185, Service Request Tracking- 18474930) and got it cancelled within 24 hours.One of the representatives of Goibibo assured that refund of the balance amount will be credited into account within 05 to 14 days however till date not a single penny has been refunded by the Goibibo and when I contacted Goibibo today i.e. on 23.12.2017 executive of Goibibo Ms.Soniya again told me to wait for another 05 to 14 days for refund this is a harrasment committed by the Goibibo on us and failure of delivery of service on the part of Goibibo.
Thus now I intend to make a complaint against the Goibibo for the negligence and commission/omission on its part and request the authorities to direct the functionary of Goibibo to refund my amount immediately with penalty as deemed fit in the present matter.

It is with great anguish that I am registering this complaint. I havespoken to RestNZest and Traveltriangle several times regarding this but they seem to be taking matters very lightly. Now let me explain the background of what had happened:
I had booked a tour package ( wife and myself) in Male islands(Maldives) through the Traveltriangle app. As your goodselves must be aware of the political crisis that has taken over the island nation, we were quite pained to hear that a fifteen day period emergency was declared in Maldives. I would like to draw your attention towards what our Ministry of external affairs had to say on this crisis.

"The prevailing political developments in Maldives and the resultant law and order situation is a matter of concern for the Government of India. Indian nationals are, therefore, advised to defer all non-essential travels to Male and other atolls until further notice. Indian expatriates in Maldives are also alerted to the need for heightened security awareness, and urged to exercise due caution in public and avoid public gatherings."
Considering the above statement and the fact that I was going to travel with my wife, I wanted to make sure there were no safety concerns, I immediately decided to cancel my flight tickets and the entire trip to Maldives. I rang up Traveltriangle helpline and registered my request for a cancellation, however Traveltriangle informed me that the normal cancellation charges would apply, which meant I would get a paltry refund. I was filled with anguish and rang up RestnZest(Travel agent in traveltriangle app). I spoke to Mr Ashok Jaswal ( who is the Proprietor of travel agent RestnZest) who vehemently argued that the cancellation charges would apply. I was even ready for a postponement of tour dates, even for which RestnZest was not ready.Now isn't this a clear case of contempt against the statement issued by The Ministry of External Affairs. When there is a ministerial level statement, RestnZest has shown the audacity to defy it.
I would have been so much happier to travel but for the political and civilian crisis in Maldives. Now this clearly shows that RestnZest and Traveltriangle are only profit hungry corporates who do not follow ethical practices and would put even their customers' safety at stake.
Is the agent asking me to sacrifice my safety and travel to the strife sticken archipelago?
When the former President and Judges of that nation themselves are not safe how can an ordinary tourist's safety be assured by them?
I pray to your goodselves to penalise RestnZest for the grave mistake and also ask them to fully refund my tour package amount.

On 25 April i booked my hotel for bijnor .But when i reached Bijnor i came to know My hotel is in Chandpur which is 35 km far away from Bijnor.On phone hotel management staff fully cooperate me and assured me they will not accept single penny of my trip from goibibo ,But Goibibo did not refund me single penny .Horrible Experience of Goibibo booking .my booking id was HTLQD5PRMD

This is the subject line of the email newsletters I am getting from redbus.in and despite warning Goibibo at management@goibibo.com and support@redbus.in, they are sending me email newsletters under the name of some Ravi Shankar. This is an attempt at stealing my email address and digital accounts. My case is being handled by a certain person at redbus.in named Anil. Please make sure that he corrects the name from Ravi Shankar to Shankar S. in the email newsletters or else please arrest this Anil and Ravi Shankar. This is a deliberate crime that is being committed by redbus.in. I have sent redbus.in several snapshots but to no avail. Please take action against them. newsletter@mailers.e-redbus.in is the email address from which I keep getting email newsletters. I have sent several emails and complaints but they are not correcting my name in the redbus.in newsletters and my redbus.in account at all.
