Complain against GOIBIBO HOTEL for online booking

I wanted to book a hotel at Pahalgam Main Market, I used the website goibibo for online booking. While booking I used the filter Location for Main Market. There goibibo listed Hotel Ramba Palace located at Main Market. Trusting the information given in the site I booked the hotel with booking ID HTLL89U963. But actually the hotel is located 3 KM away from main market. Goibibo is cheating customers by providing false information. Regarding this I made a call to goibibo support team on 10 Apr 2016 at 0945 PM. The customer support executive who attended my call said, you should check all details prior to booking and denied my request to change my hotel to main market. This is absolutely cheating from the side of goibibo by giving misleading information about the location of the hotel. I not only book a single room. I booked 7 rooms for two days from different IDs as we a group of 30 members travelling. We want rooms at main market. If not provided,, we decided to sue goibibo for misleading customers by giving false informations.

    Hi booking id-HTLGDYRJQF booked Hotel JAGAT A OYO HOTEL(BAGDOGRA)FOR 17TH OCT 2018,RECEIVED CONFIRMATION WITH ADDRESS ETC, BOTH BY GOIBIBO & OYO. AFTER REACHING HOTEL DENIED OUR STAY STATING THEY DON'T HAVE CONTRACT DISPUTES WITH OYO. WITH 2 SENIOR CITIZENS AGED ABOVE 70 YRS & 1 KID WITH MY WIFE EVENTUALLY HAVE TO FIND OUT NEW HOTEL AND MOVED... MENTAL HARASSMENT INCLUDING SENIOR'S NOT ADDRESSED BY BOTH TILL NOW...

    I m Rajesh Mishra my booking I'd HTLGB 85Z9V dt 14-12-18 Hotel Courtyard Marriott Bilaspur Hotel management is refusing to serve breakfast while when at booking process I got message that breakfast is included... Kindly do action as required

    Not refunding the amount that is debited twice for the same transaction by BIJAL DESAI:

    I had booked a room at hotel from goibibio on dtd 09.12.18 and paid amount through Bhim UPI app but the amount was debited twice for the same booking. I contacted Bhim UPI for refund. They a answered me that they have successfully transferred the amount to the recipient. I called Goibibo for giving the second amount back. They told me to submit bank statement. I did the same and they had mailed me for refund on dtd. 07.01.19 that I will get the refund in 5-14 days but I didn't get the amount back till today. I called them to complain about this but they said to wait for some days. They are harrassing me mentally now. They are sending me the same formatted mail that they are working but they are not refunding the amount back to me. I am totally fade up from this company.
