Bought sa re ga ma caravan,piece was defective,returned the piece agreeing on refund of the entire amount after discussion with the seller.it has been over two weeks&no refund has been initiated &no communication has been made .

    This is 2nd time, saregama piece has been exchanged and still a defective piece. 1st piece got hanged 8th Day of purchase got it exchanged in 2 days now after a month new piece also change mode itself, sometimes hang, not even after listning to 1st song mode get change to FM, Sometime USB. Its irritating and they are selling defective devices making buyers fool.
